Job responsibilities:

1, management personnel recruitment, termination, transfer and other procedures;

2, responsible for personnel files, and do all kinds of human resources statistics, analysis, prediction, adjustment, query and talent pool establishment work;

3, assist recruitment, responsible for reporting and dismissal procedures

4. Handle the tasks assigned by superiors and arrange unexpected events.
